Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media strategies for our portfolio of premium D2C fashion and beauty brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and executing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and have a keen eye for detail, with a deep understanding of social media trends and engagement tactics in the fashion and beauty sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning:
– Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each brand, focusing on increasing engagement, awareness, and conversions.
– Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the social media strategy aligns with broader brand goals and campaigns.
– Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and stay up to date with social media trends to optimize content and strategy.
– Identify key opportunities for organic and paid social media campaigns.

Content Creation & Curation:
– Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
– Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels.
– Develop content ideas, themes, and monthly content calendars for all platforms.
– Curate user-generated content, influencer partnerships, and collaborations to strengthen brand presence.

Community Management & Engagement:
– Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and personable manner.
– Foster brand loyalty and customer relationships by creating interactive and engaging content (polls, Q&A, giveaways, etc.).
– Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities to engage with followers and influencers.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
– Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, growth, reach, and conversions.
– Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
– Adjust strategies based on data and performance trends to continually optimize results.

Video Content Creation (Nice to Have):
– Develop creative video content, including reels, TikToks, and stories, to promote products, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
– Experience in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile video editing apps is a plus.

Collaborations & Influencer Partnerships:
– Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other relevant content creators.
– Build relationships with influencers and oversee the execution of collaborative campaigns to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
– Expertise in managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, with a deep understanding of platform best practices.
– Proven track record of growing social media presence, engagement, and conversions for premium brands.
– Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later for scheduling and analytics.
– Strong copywriting and communication skills; ability to create engaging and on-brand social content.
– Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
