VA: Community Manager, Lead Generation & Admin Support

About the Role:
Are you a proactive, experienced Virtual Assistant with a passion for social media and community building? Join our small, purpose-driven team (2) to handle tasks like scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, supporting launches, and updating WordPress pages. You’ll play a vital role in helping us focus on strategy, growth, and client support, while empowering business owners to step into high-end leadership and aligned success.

You’re experienced working for coaches, you thrive on clear instructions, SOPs, and teamwork, while also bringing your own ideas to optimize and improve processes. Organized, solutions-oriented, and enthusiastic, you’re excited to track tasks and collaborate on building a business that scales efficiently.

This Role is for You If You:
– Are fluent in English (both speaking and writing) with an enthusiastic, warm vibe on social media.
– Have strong time management, organizational, and proactive communication skills.
– Are experienced as a VA, have worked with a coach before, and confidently manage social media engagement (comments, DMs, and emails).
– Follow instructions to the letter while being solution-focused and detail-oriented.
– Are curious, optimistic, and bring a high-vibe mindset to your work.
– Love being part of a growing movement and are excited to support a business scaling to 7 figures.
– are available 5-10 hours/week (spread over 5 days and sometimes during launches support in the weekends) and your hours can fall within 9:00-18:00 Lisbon Timezone.

Tools you need to have experience with:
– ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Canva, WordPress, Slack, Thrivecart, and social media platforms Instagram & Facebook.
– Bonus: if you’re skilled in video editing with Capcut and/or Descript, and if you use AI tools like ChatGPT & manychat.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Social Media Engagement: Post content, respond to comments/messages, and nurture leads by engaging with our audience.
– Admin Support: Schedule posts, schedule emails in activecampaign, upload videos to the learning portal, keep WordPress/Thrivecart pages up to date.
– Lead Generation: Add new leads to the CRM and follow up using clear scripts and workflows. Updating the KPI (Key performance identicator) tracker with daily stats to improve lead generation tasks.
– Process Optimization: Create SOPs for new projects and improve existing ones.
– Launch Support: Be available for quick tasks during launch periods (e.g., scheduling, posting).
– Project Support: depending on your skills & availability we might ask you to support with different projects like re-launching the podcast (editing & uploading episodes)

Details:
– Hours: 5-10 hours/week (with some weekend availability during launches).
– Rate: $5/hour (estimated $150/month based on 30 hours).
