We are building a customer experience management product which will have manage the online reputation on the businesses along with various other functionalities of social media platforms. One of the feature is web-chat in which we want to provide businesses a chatbot for their website which should respond to the consumers based on the website data, sitemaps , the files & links which we provide for training while creating the bot. If the bot is not able to respond to any query it should be able to hand over the conversation to a live agent which will be present on our tool.
