We are looking for a Discord expert to build a fully functional, engaging, and automated community server from scratch. The server will serve as a community hub for product updates, exclusive drops, viral challenges, and user engagement.
This is a high-priority project that requires someone with the skills to work quickly, efficiently, and deliver a fully operational server ready for launch. We have a clear vision of what we want for the server structure and will provide guidance and specific requirements. Your role is to bring this vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full Server Setup: Build and customize a professional, clean, and user-friendly Discord server from scratch.
• Channel Structure: Create essential channels for community chat, product drops, announcements, FAQs, support, and special events.
• Automation & Bots: Set up and configure community bots like MEE6, Carl-bot, or similar tools to automate role assignments, moderation, and user engagement.
• Roles & Permissions: Create and organize user roles and permissions for admins, moderators, VIPs, and regular community members.
• Onboarding & User Experience: Design a user-friendly onboarding process to welcome new members, introduce them to the community, and encourage engagement.
• Gamification & Rewards: Implement fun, interactive features like leveling systems, point-based rewards, and community engagement incentives.
• Security & Moderation: Configure spam filters, security features, and moderation tools to ensure a safe and secure community.
• Community Engagement: Recommend and implement strategies to drive daily activity, such as giveaways, polls, challenges, and community events.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience creating and launching Discord servers from scratch (please provide examples).
• Strong knowledge of Discord bots, role assignments, and moderation tools.
• Experience in gamification, community engagement, and growth strategy.
• Ability to work fast and deliver a complete, polished server in a short timeframe.
• Knowledge of best practices for community security, anti-spam tools, and moderation techniques.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with product launch communities or e-commerce brands.
• Ability to incorporate viral engagement tactics, giveaways, and user-driven activities.
