Thai-English Translator and Contract Negotiator

Job Responsibilities:
-
Translate documents and correspondence from Thai to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
-Assist in the negotiation of contracts with Thai-speaking clients and partners, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
-Review and edit translated materials for clarity and compliance with legal standards.
-Collaborate with the legal and business development teams to ensure all contract terms are clearly communicated and understood.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information during translation and negotiation processes.

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in both Thai and English, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.
-Experience in contract negotiation, preferably in a business or legal context.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant degree or certification in translation, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
