Marketing Manager for Non Profit

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across digital platforms (Facebook Ads, social media, etc.) and partnerships. You’ll oversee content creation, manage campaigns, and optimize our outreach to expand brand awareness and engagement. Bonus if you have experience in the Arizona market, the outdoors industry (hunting, fishing), or nonprofit work. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and a strong communicator who can organize and execute high-level marketing initiatives.
