Paid Ads Specialist (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

**Position Overview:**
We’re looking for a skilled **freelancer** to manage and optimize **Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns** for our growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with our development team to improve our **Webflow-based website** for conversions and ensure accurate tracking of signups and other key actions.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Advertising:**
– Plan, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on **Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn**.
– Develop and refine ad strategies tailored to SaaS audiences.
– Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, audiences, and messaging.
– Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.

2. **Website Optimization:**
– Analyze our **Webflow** website to identify and recommend enhancements to boost conversions.
– Work with developers to implement updates to landing pages, user flows, and CTAs.
– Ensure the website delivers a seamless user experience across mobile and desktop.

3. **Analytics and Tracking:**
– Set up and manage tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and LinkedIn Insights Tag.
– Ensure accurate tracking of user signups, lead sources, and key conversion events.
– Provide performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across **Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn**, ideally for SaaS or tech companies.
– Strong understanding of platform-specific ad tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
– Hands-on experience optimizing **Webflow** websites for lead generation and conversions.
– Expertise in analytics tools and integrations (Google Analytics, GTM, Pixels, APIs).
– Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and scaling successful campaigns.
– Bonus: Experience with retargeting, custom audiences, and B2B marketing strategies.
