We are seeking a Freelance Data and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to work with us on a one-off project for our e-commerce website, CoffeeRoast Co.
The goal of this project is to analyze user behavior data using TruConversion (our heat mapping and user behavior analysis tool) and provide a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations to improve our website’s conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities:
– Use TruConversion to analyze heat maps, session recordings, and user behavior data.
– Identify pain points in the user journey and pinpoint conversion bottlenecks that may affect conversions.
– Conduct a thorough data analysis and provide a detailed report with actionable recommendations to optimize website performance.
– Present findings to our team in a clear and concise manner.
– Monitor short-term results after implementation (optional, based on availability).
Requirements:
– Experience: 3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and data analysis.
– Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with heat mapping and session recording tools (e.g., TruConversion, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar).
– Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
– A/B Testing: Proven experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
– UX/UI Understanding: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
– E-commerce Experience: Previous experience working with e-commerce websites is a plus.
– Availability: Ability to deliver the project within a defined timeline.
Project Scope & Timeline:
– Scope: This is a one-time, project-based role focused on providing insights and recommendations for our website’s conversion rate optimization.
– Timeline: The project is expected to be completed within 2-4 weeks from the start date, depending on the agreed deliverables.
