Shopify product page design for bundling and subscription

Hi Faith! My name is Lance and I am looking for someone to help make our product pages beautiful. We are looking to add a subscription feature as well as volume pricing discounts. I have downloaded a couple of apps however I am not skilled with the layout and how to put them all together. We are hoping to add 4 different subscription options (1 month, 3, 6, and 12) I am also looking to provide the customer with an option to select their dog size, and have it adjust the quantity of product needed based on their selection.
