Social Media & Communications Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and outgoing Social Media and Communications Coordinator to manage content, monitor deadlines, and schedule and execute posts and emails across multiple platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage content schedules and deadlines.
Create, schedule, and post content across platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Monday, and Zoho.
Proofread and ensure quality control for all posts and emails.
Develop and track performance reports and metrics.
Collaborate on content creation using Canva and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:

Highly detail-oriented and organized with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Experience with tools like Monday, Hootsuite, Zoho, and Canva is a big plus.
Must be available during US Pacific business hours.
