We need someone with at least 2 years Flask experience, with alembic ORM/migrations. You’ll need to administrate a Heroku server so should have experience with that as well. Twice annually we have about 40 hours of work with updates / tweaks to the program. In addition to that, there may be functional issues that require work throughout the year.
