The Role
We are seeking someone to:
• Refine an existing dress pattern by combining elements from previous designs with clear, detailed instructions.
• Adjust the pattern to account for missing fabric where bust seams were added, ensuring proper movement and fit.
• Modify the back bra area to slightly lengthen it, with minimal changes to the overall design.
• Digitize the pattern in a 3D format, enabling us to visualize the garment on a virtual model to see how it moves.
• Provide recommendations and insights to perfect the garment’s fit and structure.
Who We’re Looking For
• Expertise in pattern making and adjustments, with experience working in both physical and digital formats.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software for garments (e.g., Clo3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar).
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Passion for fashion and a desire to work with a brand that celebrates self-expression and individuality.
