We are looking for an experienced MUSLIM FEMALE personal trainer to provide personalized guidance in mastering the five main movements of strength training:
1. Squat
2. Deadlift
3. Bench Press
4. Overhead Press
5. Farmer’s Carry
Requirements:
-Must have expert-level knowledge of proper form for these exercises.
-Demonstrated success stories and extensive experience working with clients to achieve fitness goals.
-Ability to design a tailored program focusing on strength, endurance, and mobility.
-Strong communication and motivational skills.
-Comfortable working with clients in a culturally appropriate manner.
Preferred Skills:
-Certified personal trainer
-Experience working with Muslim women and an understanding of their specific needs/preferences.
-Online coaching capability (via Zoom or other platforms).
Budget:
-Please specify your hourly/session rates or package options for regular sessions.
