3CX and Cisco ATA 191 setup help.

Brand New Cisco ATA191 – cant access web browser to setup with faxing service. I can IVR into it, but thats it. Need someone with CISCO to add it to a existing system, update firmware and enable web access – so we can setup with 3CX.
