My name is Jen and I own a bean-to-bar chocolate company. I use Mailchimp to write my newsletters. I would like to hire someone who understands email marketing and can help me curate my list (I don’t want to continue emailing unengaged customers.)
I am also considering switching to Square for email marketing. I use Square for my payment processing and I have most of my customers emails. (though I can’t see them.) Most of our customers purchase our luxury chocolate at holiday markets and don’t sign up for my mailing list. They love our chocolate, but forget about our brand. I want to remind them through emails, texts and social media.
I am also curious about text messaging , but I don’t understand how to do it in an effective way. (I don’t know if this is a good avenue for a luxury product.)
To sum up, I need help with email marketing, possibly text marketing, and in particular, someone that understands Square’s email marketing, Shopify and Mailchimp so I can figure out my plan for 2025.
