We design and sell bed linens to retailers in the USA. Recently, we received a letter from an attorney regarding four bedding designs, claiming their client is awaiting copyrights for these designs and he asking us to cease sales of those designs. However, we created two of these designs years ago and registered their copyrights in November 2023. The other two designs were factory-created and were already discontinued.
We are seeking a legal expert to:
• Review the attorney’s claims.
• Assist in protecting our copyrighted designs and to respond other attorney.
