An artist needed to draw a landscape for a small school building

I need a landscape artist who can draw something like this – A school building with a front yard landscape
for a school under construction.

I am attaching 2 pictures.
1. the school building under construction
2. the way the area will look after it is fully completed with a narrow path, a children’s park, a vegetable garden, 3 trees with a circular base where people can sit, and a pond etc.
