Acquisition Manager – Land Wholesaling
Location: USA Central time
Salary: $8 – $20 per hour + Commission (Total Earnings: $50K – $100K per year)

Are you a deal closer with a passion for real estate? Join Cash4Owner, a thriving land investment company, as our next Acquisition Specialist! You’ll play a key role in negotiating with sellers, analyzing deals, and driving our growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Attend scheduled appointments and follow-ups.
• Use proven scripts to uncover seller motivations and negotiate win-win deals.
• Analyze property data and market trends to craft competitive offers.
• Manage all interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 1+ years in sales, acquisitions, or real estate (land experience is a bonus!).
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation expertise.
• Mindset: Positive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
