We are seeking 2-3 talented and detail-oriented eLearning Developer and Multimedia Specialists to join our team to support various corporate learning incentive programs. This role requires a highly creative and technical professional with a strong ability to design and develop engaging, interactive, and LMS-ready eLearning content. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative learning solutions that meet corporate training and development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Certification or training in instructional design or eLearning development.
– SCORM Module Development: Develop high-quality SCORM-compliant eLearning modules ensuring compatibility with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
– Interactive Design: Create engaging graphics, animations, and multimedia assets using advanced techniques such as variables, triggers, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences. Support from graphic and motion designers is available.
– Creative Solutions: Provide innovative Storyline-based solutions for complex learning requirements and transform static content into dynamic, interactive experiences.
– Collaboration: Partner with writers, instructional designers, and other team members to produce eLearning courses aligned with corporate training objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in developing SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
– Proficiency in graphic design, animation, and multimedia creation using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
– Strong understanding of eLearning design principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theories.
– Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging and interactive learning experiences.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with programming languages or tools used for interactive development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5).
BONUS SKILLS:
There is an opportunity to assist with process and standards development! Assist in the creation and implementation of development standards, processes, and templates to streamline the production of eLearning content across the organization. For this role we are looking for experience in developing templates, workflows, and guidelines for scalable eLearning content creation.
