Service Delivery Viewer for Lead Gen Agency

We are a lead gen agency managing approximately 12 clients, primarily focusing on Facebook Ads and lead generation. We need a centralized service delivery viewer to track key performance metrics and streamline our operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience integrating tools like Facebook Ads, HighLevel, and Google Sheets (or other recommended platforms) to build a dashboard that provides real-time insights and notifications.

Project Requirements:
1. Key Integrations:
• Facebook Ads: Track metrics such as ad spend, cost per lead, total leads, and verified leads.
• HighLevel: Pull data on verified leads and client-specific metrics.
• Google Sheets or Alternative: Create a user-friendly dashboard to aggregate all client data in one place.
2. Metrics to Track:
• Total Leads Generated: For each client.
• Verified Leads: From HighLevel or similar platform.
• Cost per Lead (CPL).
• Cost per Verified Lead.
• Ad Spend Total.
3. Automated Notifications:
• Set up alerts when a client’s metrics fall below key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Notifications can be via email, Slack, or another communication tool.
4. Design a Central Hub:
• Dashboard should display real-time data for all 12 clients.
• Include filters to view individual client performance.
• Provide summaries and trends over time.
5. Automation Tools:
• Likely tools include Make (Integromat), Zapier, or custom scripts.
• Open to recommendations for efficiency and scalability.

Desired Skills and Expertise:
• Experience with Facebook Ads API and HighLevel integration.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Make or Zapier.
• Strong skills in data organization and visualization (Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.).
• Knowledge of setting up automated alerts for KPI tracking.
• Ability to recommend scalable, user-friendly solutions.

• The solution must be scalable for future growth as we onboard new clients.
• Open to alternatives if Google Sheets is not the best fit for this project.
