I am looking for an expert with Acuity Scheduling. We need help with making resources work properly and with overlapping times. For example, we do IVs. It takes 20 minutes to get the IV in but then the person sits and we have multiple chairs so the nurse can move to the next person. We have that set up but it never seems to work properly. We also have two rooms but do different activities in each and when used we need the rooms to block off appropriately.
The current set up just isn’t working as expected and the support team had not been very helpful. I want to make it easier for my staff to schedule appointments.
