Customer Support and Admin Executive (E-commerce/Dropshipping)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support and Admin Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer support operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth order processing. This role requires familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, and e-commerce marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. The candidate must be fluent in English and demonstrate a strong ability to adhere to various brand policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Management:
Handle customer queries and concerns across multiple e-commerce stores using Zoho CRM.
Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally using Zoho Mail.
Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Forward orders to suppliers and update tracking numbers accurately.
Place orders on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon as required.
Monitor order status and address any issues during the fulfillment process.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
Ensure compliance with brand-specific policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Communication & Coordination:
Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Provide regular updates on customer support metrics and order statuses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce admin roles preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, and e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon).
Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Policy Adherence: Ability to understand and implement brand policies across different stores.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and capable of addressing customer and operational challenges effectively.
