Inside Sales Representative

We are IT Consulting Firm specializing in architecture, development, and support services. We help businesses unlock the full potential of Salesforce through cost-effective, world-class expertise.

Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients across platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with ongoing outreach and follow-ups
• Qualify leads by assessing their Salesforce needs, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with our technical team to prepare proposals and statements of work
• Negotiate and close new deals, ensuring smooth handover to project teams
• Provide regular updates on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts

Compensation
• Monthly Retainer: ~$500
• Commission: 10%–15% on the net revenue of closed deals
– 10% for deals under $20,000
– 12% for deals from $20,000 to $50,000
– 15% for deals over $50,000
• Performance Bonuses: Additional payouts for achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT or Salesforce services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
