We are a scrappy, heart-driven global nonprofit fueled by big dreams, a shoestring budget, and an unwavering belief in creating meaningful change. This past year has been all about survival—powered by grit, resourcefulness, and an extraordinary team of volunteers. Now, we’re ready to transition into thriving—and that starts with finding the right person to join our mission.
This isn’t just an assistant role; this is your chance to help build something extraordinary. We need an executive-level powerhouse who can oversee onboarding, create scalable systems, manage a growing team of 100+ volunteers, and work closely with our leader (me!) to bring our vision to life.
While the position starts at 25 hours per week and reflects our modest budget, we’re fully committed to expanding this into a full-time, sustainable role as we grow. If you believe in dreaming big, creating order out of chaos, and making magic happen, we need you.

Handle email responses, schedule meetings, and coordinate day-to-day communication.
✨ Operations & Project Management
Build and implement systems to streamline workflows, track deadlines, and manage organizational goals.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Develop scalable processes to support the nonprofit’s growth.
