ECommerce Customer Service Expert / Admin Support

We are seeking a Full-Time ECommerce Customer Service Expert/Admin Support with a strong background in Amazon and experience using Edesk tool. If you’ve worked with other platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, or eBay, Esty, home depot that’s a plus.

We’re a leading US-based e-commerce company, celebrating a decade of innovation with our flagship brand, Litcessory, specializing in accessories for Philips Hue lighting systems. With Amazon accounting for 95% of our sales, we’re eager to expand our growth and presence on other emerging marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
◆Provide top-tier customer support through eDesk.
◆Quickly resolve customer inquiries and issues.
◆Handle replacements, refunds, and customer reviews on Amazon.
◆Verifying and updating product listings on Amazon to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
◆Work closely with sales and logistics teams to resolve order issues.
◆Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
◆Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
◆Be ready to tackle additional tasks not related to customer service when required

REQUIREMENTS:
◆Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce customer service.
◆Strong knowledge of Amazon operations (required).
◆Experience with eDesk (preferred)
◆Experience with other eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Walmart, or eBay (a plus).
◆Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
◆Ability to create and update SOPs.
◆Proficiency in Google Sheets.

AVAILABILITY:
◆Full time (40hrs/week)
◆Monday to Friday
◆Must have overlap with 9AM to 3PM Eastern Time
