I am seeking a consult on how AI can benefit my business and how we can maybe use AI api’s.
Background:
1. we are a DTC company selling on Amazon, Shopify and eBay
2. we run ads on Amazon
3. we are preparing to run ads on Meta
4. our in-house Excel specialist is building a complex VBA to manage ads
Staff
1. we have an in-house Excel specialist who builds custom VBAs. She uses ChatGpt in her work.
2. we have a person running Shopify. She has taken classes on html, CSS and is now in class for javascript.
3. we have a SharePoint admin.
All staff have access to paid ChatGpt.
Need 1:
Answer: can we use AI APIs to improve the coding speed for both our Excel specialist and our Shopify manager?
I see videos of people using the AI APIs to code better. I am interested to learn about this and to try new AI models like Deepseek.
Need 2:
We will have this complex Ad management software in the VBA. (We can move to SQL after testing). How can we use an API so that we have machine learning managing our ads? Something like Deepseek which is very cheap.
Need 3:
How can we use AI to help in our marketing? I see videos on AI for SEO. I am interested to learn the exact steps and if we should use the API for this.
How can we use AI models to help us better manage our Meta ads and to generate ad content and landing pages content dynamically?
Need 4:
As a business owner I have many ideas for apps within my business and maybe for consumer use. I need to know how to use Cursor and Replit to make these apps. I need to know the exact steps and where, in the process, I need to hire a developer.
A screen share would be good enough.

4. Show me how to make apps in Cursor (or similar) and identify at which point I must hire a developer.
So I must be able to record all the key points so that I can either implement now, or know what is possible for X months from now.
