This will be a 1–3-month consulting assignment.
We need an experienced Benefits Consultant:
– Must have employee benefits in a healthcare organization.
– Nonprofit experience helpful, but not required.
– Ability to conduct needs and gap analysis.
– Review current manual processes and recommend automated solutions.
– Because we need to streamline and automate our processes, must have a technical background as well as benefits.
– Experience with:
o Benefits module in UKG UltiPro
o Working with United Healthcare
o Communicating with brokers
o High level knowledge of benefits to determine where the breakdown in our processes is happening, in order to make recommendations on how to correct it
– Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action
