We are working on getting an MVP live for a SaaS product and are having frequent issues with the website going down. Our current developer has not been able to solve this, so we’re looking for someone with experience in this area that can make sure the website doesn’t constantly break and require server restarts.
From there, we are looking for a developer to take an active role in helping us add features to the product.
The following are important for doing the job effectively:
– Configuring the server and website properly to eliminate downtime issues
– User/Customer area (already functioning, but needs improvement)
– E-commerce subscription management (already functioning, but needs improvement)
– Employee ability to make updates to accounts, log time, etc (basic functionality exists)
– Manager/Owner dashboards or pages to easily understand the status of all of these (poorly done right now)
– Google API connections (Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio)
