Administrative Assistant

We are a cleaning service provider in Florida. We provide a great variety of service through out the state. We are currently looking for a dynamic executive assistant capable of multi tasking. We are looking for someone capable of handling calls, provide operational assistance to our field staff, reply to emails and chat messages, provide customer service and support as well as build scheduled and reports. This is an evening position. From 3p.m. to 12:30a.m.
