Looking for someone to draft an existing architectural layout based off existing drawings. I have old scanned drawings in pdf. I need to have the floor plan transposed into CAD. I will provide the existing drawings some dimensions and a CAD file to start from.
Deliverable shall be the following:
– floor plan showing doors, windows and existing plumbing fixtures
– show existing plumbing fixtures will provide drawing showing all floor sinks, fixtures etc.
– Roof plan with mechanical equipment
– Reflected ceiling plan
