The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, helping our team connect with small and medium-sized businesses seeking financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients (business owners) using various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and industry-specific directories.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, including contact information and business details.
2. Cold Outreach:
• Conduct cold email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Craft and send personalized messages to engage potential clients.
3. CRM Management:
• Enter and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Track communication history and follow-up schedules to ensure no lead is missed.
4. Appointment Setting:
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and provide reminders to clients.
5. Market Analysis:
• Conduct research on industries and businesses that are likely to require financing.
• Provide insights on target market trends and opportunities.
6. Collaboration with Sales Team:
• Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
• Share feedback and insights from leads to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: At least 2-3 years in lead generation, preferably in the finance or business loan industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Organizational Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with a business loan brokerage firm or similar financial services.
• Knowledge of different business financing products (e.g., term loans, lines of credit, SBA loans).
