Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow Hybrid’s brand across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with Hybrid’s mission and aesthetic.
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and interaction with followers.
Monitor analytics to optimize performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies.
Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, product launches, and video promotions.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and tools to keep Hybrid ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Excellent copywriting skills with a clear, engaging, and brand-aligned voice.
Passion for fitness, combat sports, or helping people build confidence through movement.
Proficiency in analytics tools and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
