📌 Job Title: Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter & Administrative Assistant (Bilingual: Spanish & English)

⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 4 PM (EST)
💵 Pay: $3/hour – $6/hour

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter & Administrative Assistant to work with a real estate mortgage loan officer. This role involves booking appointments, managing CRM systems, following up with leads, and collecting essential documents to expedite the loan process. What You’ll Do
Appointment Setting: Call leads, pass qualified prospects to the loan officer, and book appointments.
Follow-Up: Monitor leads in the CRM (Go High Level), respond to emails, and ensure consistent communication.
Document Management: Collect and organize client documents to expedite the loan process.
Administrative Support: Help maintain accurate CRM records and provide additional administrative assistance as needed.

Training Program
Week 1: Learn the software, systems, and job processes (unpaid).
Week 2: Shadow the team to observe and refine skills (unpaid).
Week 3: Begin paid part-time work with direct supervision and feedback.

Requirements
Age: 18+
Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English.
Experience:
Customer service or administrative experience required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Drive, and CRM systems (Go High Level preferred but not required).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Quick learner and tech-savvy.
Tech Requirements:
Reliable internet connection.
Working computer or laptop.
