Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads provided by our system and turn them into closed deals.
Use provided scripts to guide conversations and achieve consistent results.
Build rapport with potential clients and guide them through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (real estate or related field preferred, but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
