I am looking for a lawyer, preferably in Madri,d that will do the following with the existing SL company registered in Madrid
1. Prepare paperwork for one shareholder to buy another one out. The 2nd shareholder does not have NIE (not sure if it is necessary, but will need to prepare POA (will need text for it)
2. Make changes to bylaws where the director/administrator does not need to receive a salary
3. Make changes to bylaws to add buying / selling real estate to take advantage of the 2% transfer tax
4. Make changes to bylaws to add the ETVE holding company option.
