Role & Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management:
Create, schedule, and manage engaging video and social media content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter (X), ensuring it aligns with sweepstakes regulations and resonates with our target audience.
• Community Engagement:
Build and nurture a loyal player community by actively engaging with players, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online presence on Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms.
• Compliance & Regulation:
Stay updated on US sweepstakes laws and regulations for social gaming. Ensure all content and marketing materials clearly differentiate our platform from real-money gambling and adhere to legal guidelines.
• Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze engagement data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI across platforms, including Instagram.
• Paid Advertising Management:
Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube. Ensure compliance with platform policies, develop effective and compliant ad strategies, and address challenges such as disabled ad accounts or transitioning to new accounts as needed.
• Campaign Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute campaigns aimed at increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention, all within legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging content formats, including Instagram Reels and Stories, to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant in the market.

This updated role emphasizes a balance between organic social media efforts, community engagement, compliance, analytics, and paid advertising management across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming/Sweepstakes: Previous marketing experience in social casino, sweepstakes, or online gaming is highly preferred.
• Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing and growing YouTube and Twitter (X) communities, including an understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
• Paid Ads Knowledge: Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing paid social media ads, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of US sweepstakes laws and the nuances of marketing social casinos.
