**Job Title: Content Creator – Real Estate Focus**
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for filming, editing, posting, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms. This position will require you to spend one day a week capturing behind-the-scenes footage of a day in the life of a real estate investor in Winston-Salem, NC. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in video production, storytelling, and social media marketing, all while helping grow our online presence and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Film engaging content, including “day in the life” videos of a real estate investor in Winston-Salem, NC.
Edit video and photo content to ensure it aligns with brand style, tone, and objectives.
Manage and schedule daily or weekly posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategy to maximize engagement.
Analyze and report on social media performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media content creation and management, including video production and editing.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Knowledge or interest in real estate is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
This role requires filming content on location in Winston-Salem, NC, once a week.
Flexible work hours, with the ability to work remotely on content creation and management tasks.
