Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week initially, with potential to scale)

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads/Google Shopping Specialist with 8+ years of experience to manage, optimize, and scale our B2B-focused e-commerce business in traffic & safety supplies space. The ideal candidate is a Google Ads expert with a proven track record of achieving and maintaining positive ROAS for e-commerce businesses.

This role requires someone highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. You will also manage Google Merchant Center to optimize our Shopping Ads and free listings, ensuring our campaigns perform at the highest level.

This role also requires someone who has excellent communication skills as there will likely be short weekly meeting to discuss strategies and things we are doing to improve.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Mastery: Strategically manage and scale Google Ads and Shopping campaigns to drive growth and profitability.

Google Merchant Center Management: Optimize product feeds and troubleshoot issues to ensure all listings are active and compliant.

Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Free Listings Optimization: Leverage Google’s free listings program for increased visibility and organic opportunities.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Scaling Strategies: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining strong ROAS.

CRO Collaboration: Recommend and delegate website improvements to boost conversion rates and overall sales.

Retargeting Campaigns: Set up and manage retargeting campaigns on Facebook/Instagram to drive repeat traffic and conversions.

Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to refine campaigns.

Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years managing Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce businesses.
Google Tools Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns with positive ROAS for e-commerce clients.
Merchant Center Knowledge: Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center feeds and free listings.
Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently and take action.
Retargeting Skills: Proven experience setting up and optimizing retargeting campaigns on Facebook/Instagram.
CRO Knowledge: Familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles and the ability to recommend impactful website improvements to increase skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with B2B-focused e-commerce businesses.
Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus
