Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and driven Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing strategic initiatives to increase our reach and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Posting:
• Create and post daily content, including stories, reels, and posts, tailored to each platform.
• Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics and videos using tools like Canva or similar software.
2. Engagement:
• Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Build and foster relationships with our community through meaningful interactions.
3. Strategy & Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing engagement and followers, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Research trends and best practices for each platform to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
• Provide weekly updates on social media growth, engagement, and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the team to align social media efforts with broader business goals and marketing campaigns.
• Stay aligned with our brand voice and values in all content.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a strong portfolio showcasing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn strategies and best practices.
• Skilled in content creation, including video editing and graphic design (Canva experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools for scheduling and tracking (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t need extensive hand-holding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Honest, hardworking, and committed to delivering results.
