The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with APIs for call tracking systems and a proven ability to connect data sources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate APIs from networks like eLocal and Service Direct with call tracking platforms such as Ringba and Retreaver.
Set up, test, and troubleshoot API connections for tracking calls, ping/post requests, and conversions.
Ensure seamless data flow between platforms for accurate performance tracking and reporting.
Optimize and document the integration process for future scalability.
Qualifications:
– Proven expertise in API integration for call tracking platforms.
– Experience working with eLocal, Service Direct, Ringba, or Retreaver is highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of webhooks, ping/post APIs, and conversion tracking.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
