I want to create a tool..Its like Resume tailoring.

its should be like ..on one section there should be job description and on the other hand there should be our resume which is uploaded…when both are given the output should be in pdf format which should align with job description, ATS score should be 100 AND the format should should be same like the old resume…
can we do it?
