We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to handle the financial operations of three Indian private limited companies. The companies operate in trading and custom machine design and development. This is a part-time but long-term contract position, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and Accounting
Statutory Filings
Cash Flow Management
MIS Reporting
Bank Reconciliation
Profit & Loss Statement Preparation
Budget Preparation and Filing
Qualifications:

– Proficiency in Tally and Indian accounting practices for private limited companies
– Proven experience in managing financial operations for multiple companies
– Strong understanding of statutory requirements and filings
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
