Dental Lab is seeking a proactive and professional appointment setter to join our team on a part-time basis. Your primary role will be to contact dental offices based on hot leads who have expressed interest through our social media ads. Your task will be to identify the right contact at the office, explain our services briefly, and set up a follow-up phone or Zoom call between them and our team.
Responsibilities:
Contact dental offices using provided hot leads.
Schedule appointments for phone or Zoom calls with the appropriate contact in the dental office.
Provide a basic explanation of our dental lab services (training provided).
Enter and manage lead information in our Zoho CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
We are located in IL, but we sell nationwide, in the U.S.
Perfect, native English language with no accent is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM.
Ability to commit to 2 hours per day.
Sales skills are essential, though direct selling is not required.
