Window app called “camera” is shutting off video every three seconds
When I run windows app called “camera”, the camera shuts down every three seconds and comes back. I’ve tried. control panel, usb, power managment deleting camera in device manager. If I run camera from a web browser camera test site, it is fine. Possibly another application is trying to access the camera.
