Herbal Goodness, a provider of natural and organic products, is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist to design and implement an advanced KPI dashboard.
This dashboard will help track performance across multiple business functions, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can work with data from multiple sources, including financial, eCommerce, inventory, marketing, sales (CRM) and HR systems, to create a visually appealing and user-friendly dashboard.
Responsibilities:
Develop a dynamic KPI dashboard to measure and display KPI’s like:
Liquidity and Financial Health: Quick Ratio, Current Ratio, Revenue Growth Rate, Net Profit Margin.
Product Performance: Growth/decline, profitability by SKU, and inventory turnover.
Channel-Specific Metrics: Profit and loss by sales channel, efficiency, and ROAS.
Inventory Management: Inventory ratio, inventory days, and slow-moving stock analysis.
Marketing Efficiency: Advertising channel ROI, CPA, and marketing spend ratio.
Profitability: Gross Margin, EBITDA Margin, and COGS as a percentage of revenue.
Research and Development: Time to market, revenue from new products, and project life cycle tracking.
Sales and Business Development: Conversion rates, average deal size, sales growth.
Employee Metrics: Turnover rate, engagement scores, and productivity per employee.
Customer Service Metric: % of order errors, % of missed calls, Time to respond to tickets etc.
Integrate data from google spreadsheet as well as platforms such as QuickBooks, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok, ShipStation, Sellerboard, Zendesk, and Pipedrive CRM systems.
Create a user-friendly and visually compelling dashboard with drill-down features for detailed analysis.
Collaborate with team to ensure the dashboard meets business requirements.
Provide hand off documentation for effectively use the dashboard.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing KPI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Google Data Studio preferred.
Strong understanding of financial, inventory, sales, and marketing metrics.
Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including accounting and eCommerce platforms.
Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
Ability to deliver clear, actionable insights from complex datasets.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Shopify, Zendesk, and Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Knowledge of operational metrics like inventory turnover and COGS.
Deliverables:
A fully functional KPI dashboard tailored to Herbal Goodness’s needs.
Documentation outlining data sources, metrics, and dashboard functionalities.
A brief training session for team members on using the dashboard.
