If you’re the type of person who sees a repetitive task and immediately thinks, “That’s a job for a macro, a Zap, or a Python script,” we should talk.
What we want:
– Design and implement automated workflows using Zapier, Make, and Airtable
– Create efficient system integrations and process improvements
– Write basic Python scripts and work with APIs when needed
– Maintain clear documentation of all automation solutions
– Collaborate with team members via Slack/email
You should have:
– Proven experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
– Working knowledge of Airtable, Notion, and Google Workspace
– Basic Python/JavaScript capabilities for API integration
– Strong documentation and communication abilities
– Experience with Slack integrations
Bonus Points:
– CRM automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
– Internal dashboard creation
– Experience with additional no-code tools
