Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Support Representative to join our proprietary trading firm. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and convert prospective traders into funded accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide customer support in both English and Spanish via chat and email
– Guide prospective traders through the account opening process
– Explain trading programs, evaluation phases, and funding requirements
– Follow up with leads and convert prospects into funded traders
– Process applications and verify documentation
– Assist traders with platform-related questions
– Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Required Qualifications:
– Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
– Strong written communication skills in both languages
– Sales experience, preferably in financial services
– Customer service orientation
– Basic understanding of financial markets and trading
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in prop trading or retail trading
– Knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
– Background in finance or related field
– Previous experience in remote customer support
