Bookkeeping and client management coordinator

Our growing residential construction firm is looking for administrative bookkeeping assistance with:
– Organizing incoming vendor invoices (daily)
– Issuing payments to vendors (daily)
– Applying charges to client projects (daily)
– Creating and issuing bi-monthly invoices to clients
– Coordinating with owner to get approval for payment for vendor invoices
– Coordinating with field supervisors to confirm all job expense submittals
– Work with Houzz Pro software to record expenses and issue invoices

We are also looking to grow our client management process. This position would have the opportunity to develop and implement client communication about their project including:
– Gathering updates from field supervisors
– Updating client project progress in Houzz Pro
– Managing project schedule in Houzz Pro
– Communicating any schedule changes to client through their project dashboard in Houzz Pro
– Suggest process changes to owner and implement the change
