We are looking for a highly skilled recruiting professional to work for a BPO call center team. You will source and recruit new call center agents to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for other businesses.
As a freelance recruiter, you will handle the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing applicants, creating and posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews between department managers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
﹘Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
﹘Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
﹘Schedule and conduct a high volume of phone screens every week for open positions.
﹘Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
﹘Maintain phone screen guides for every job description.
﹘Manage paperless recruiting operations
﹘Coordinate and schedule interviews between department managers.
﹘Work with the client’s internal TA team to provide feedback and upload notes into the ATS platform after each phone screen.
﹘Maintain rapport with candidates throughout the hiring process.
﹘Initiate background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
﹘Collaborate with the hiring manager and TA during the offer process, identifying an offer’s details, including salary, start date, and other information.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
﹘This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Experience
﹘1-2 years of experience in high volume, fast-paced recruiting process
﹘Must have experience working for a Business process outsourcing (BPO)
﹘Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines.
﹘Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
﹘Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
﹘Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Spanish
﹘Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
﹘Ability to collaborate effectively with others, be a team player, and work independently
﹘Ability to manage a large workload promptly
Salary Range: The client will pay monthly based on the number of hires per month. The client may ask for replacement candidates if candidates fail to complete the 60-day training program.
Location – The position is remote but must be located in Bogota, Columbia, or the surrounding area.
