Job Description:
This role involves rewriting the business plan to incorporate an exit strategy, developing a comprehensive brand book and guide, and conducting an executive business evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, brand development, and the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop an Exit Strategy:
– Collaborate with the CEO to create a strategic exit plan that aligns with the company’s goals and market position.
– Identify potential exit options, including mergers, acquisitions, or selling the business.
– Outline a timeline and action steps for executing the exit strategy.
2. Rewrite the Business Plan:
– Update and rewrite the existing business plan to reflect the newly developed exit strategy.
– Incorporate financial projections, market analysis, and operational plans that align with the exit goals.
3. Create a Brand Book, Guide, and Story:
– Develop a comprehensive brand book that outlines Yeli Bana’s brand identity, including mission, vision, values, and target audience.
– Create a detailed brand guide that includes design elements, tone of voice, and messaging to ensure brand consistency.
– Craft a compelling brand story that captures the essence of Yeli Bana and resonates with the target market.
4. Conduct an Executive Business Evaluation:
– Perform a thorough evaluation of the company’s current business operations, financial health, and market position.
– Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, profitability, and brand positioning.
– Prepare an executive summary that highlights key findings and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in business strategy, particularly in developing exit strategies for small to medium-sized businesses.
– Strong understanding of brand development, including creating brand books, guides, and stories.
– Background in the fashion industry is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough business evaluations.
– Experience working with startups or growing businesses is a plus.
